The Rt. Rev. Andrew D. (Drew) Smith was appointed Assistant Bishop in October 2010. He serves the diocese on a roughly 1/4 time basis.

Prior to his appointment, Bishop Smith served with great distinction first as Suffragan Bishop, and from 1999 as Diocesan Bishop, of the Diocese of Connecticut.
